By purchasing a Las Vegas 2023 Spring Fling Party Wristband or Room Packages, you are agreeing that if for some reason the Las Vegas Spring Fling event is canceled due to unforeseen/uncontrollable reasons not caused by Keisha Arnold Productions, Inc. (e.g. natural disaster, venue disruptions, global or local viral pandemic, catastrophic weather conditionals, local civil unrest, war, etc..) our policy is 85% of the monies will be returned to the original method of payment. The 15% balance will be withheld by Keisha Arnold Productions, Inc. for incurred/expected administrative and operating costs. Should the purchaser choose not to accept 85% of the monies paid, the paid monies may be held by Keisha Arnold Productions, Inc. and may be applied to the “next” scheduled event only. If the original purchaser should cancel, no refund of any paid monies will be issued by Keisha Arnold Productions, Inc. Alternatively the original purchaser may personally sell or transfer their party wristband or room package to a person of 21 years of age or older before April 15, 2023. Keisha Arnold Productions Inc. is not responsible for any payments or refunds from a third-party seller or buyer.
